Therese Breen

Therese Breen is a part-time UTS student who will complete her final year of a Bachelor of Arts (Writing and Contemporary Cultures) Degree in 2006, and whose career path has crossed back and forward between the library, media, research, and retail arenas. She is currently at work on a fantasy novel for young adults which will also be completed by year's end. Despite the emotional challenge of producing a ficto-critical piece such as ‘The nexus…’, the result has been enlightening to say the least, as well as cathartic for my family and friends. I find the subjective/personal/ficto-critical approach to writing a fascinating space to move around in and look forward to producing more work in the area.
