dc.description.abstract This paper discusses the influential factors of the knowledge-workers performance in construction design enterprises and examines the relationship between performance and its influential factors. The empirical test results suggest that job environment, work characteristics, job resources, individual knowledge and skills are the key factors to affect knowledge-workers' performance: job motive is positively relevant to individual performance; the coefficient between material rewards motive and performance is higher than that between the sense of job satisfaction and performance: there is no significant relativity between organizational commitment and individual performance. The findings further testify former research results in this regard and enrich the research on knowledge-workers' performance. en_US
