Abstract:
Mobile Government has emerged as one consequence of the explosion of wireless
technologies which give citizens a new and convenient method of accessing
government services and information. This paper describes M-Government
success factors to assist in devising a successful roadmap to achieve a fully interactive
M-Government. The success factors were elicited after a thorough
review of the literature and case studies of International governmental websites
offering M-Government services. The authors contend that these success factors
form the cornerstone for building successful M-Government where citizens can
interact with their government service providers quickly, easily and conveniently.
