Abstract:
Using a situational method engineering(SME) approach, we analyze the degree of support for people,
the roles they play and how they work together in teams in one specific SME repository (that of
OPEN). Since the successful use in practice of an SME-constructed methodology depends upon the
existence of appropriate method chunks in the OPEN repository, we provide new method chunk
descriptions to provide additional support for the existing OPEN repository in the area of people and
teams.
