Abstract:
Decentralized transactions are increasingly becoming popular. These transactions resemble the
early forms of the internet and in many ways are regarded as the next generation of the internet.
The result will be that this e-commerce transactions approach will shift to peer-to-peer
communications rather than client-server environment. However, these peer-to-peer
communications or decentralized transactions suffer from some disadvantages, which includes the
risk associated with each transaction. This paper focuses on the factors that influence Risk in a
decentralized transaction.
