| dc.description.abstract | Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) Is a new philosophy of water management being developed within Australia that embraces sustainability principles to reduce the impacts of development on the total water cycle. Critical to the successful implementation of a WSUD system is the early identification of expected pollutants, assessment of the site constraints and the adoption of appropriate controls in "treatment trains". This paper presents controls that can be used as a pre-filter and collates results and recommendations to document effective treatment trains using pre-filtering and other good design practices. | en_US |
