Abstract:
In this paper, we present a method
that uses Cellular Automata (CA) based
approach, while communicating in dynamic
multi-agent systems (DMS). Proposed method
helps in achieving early detection of traffic
congestion; here CA based DMS algorithm is
defined, which provides services for multiple
classes of traffic as well as cooperation
between the holonic network system nodes
modifying the running algorithm's
parameters in response to Holonic network
system state. We also demonstrate
preliminary results of a CA based DMS using
the CAPOW 2004 (Cellular Automata and
Electric Power) C++ based simulation and
real time software player / stage environments.
