dc.description Open access promotes the global dissemination of information and knowledge via the internet free of any financial, legal or technical restraints. It is a movement that has been gaining great momentum over recent years. This panel discussion explores the various aspects of open access including: open educational resources, open data, and the perspectives of an open access journal editor and publisher of an eBook.
