Abstract:
The paper describes ways to support collaborative business processes on the InterNet. It proposes that software agents provide such support and describes a way to create such agents. The paper describes a metamodel for collaboration and proposes generic software agents that correspond to metamodel concepts. It then describes a method for generating and deploying agents and describes a prototype system.
