dc.description.abstract This is the report of a project which used an action research approach to develop and test a scholarly framework for peer review in online and blended learning environments in higher education. The report includes a literature review, methodology, framework description, description of trialing and analysis of themes from interviews with trial participants. It draws conclusions about possible approaches to using peer review for promotion. en_US
