Abstract:
This paper proposes that modeling of complex systems use multiple perspectives framework to improve understanding of the complex relationships in such systems. This includes relationships between organizational structure, the organizational units and communities of knowledge workers and the organization of business activities. This paper is set out to gain a general understanding of the activity knowledge network with organizations in their process relationship, and to identify possible areas for improvement.
