Their training programs are effective until the new employee joins their work team. The key reason for this is the current training delivery style is not changing the exisitng workforce.
As outlined, education and training solutions and workforce development practices should be better aligned to adult learning and the types of employees being trained.
Everyone wants to invest in effective workforce development and implement education management solutions that deliver good ROI. But more focus needs to be placed on the trainer and their ability to connect with the students.
